Exportia was founded by Christelle Damiens in 2006 in Australia, with the view to share her experience in the European market with small businesses venturing into the European market. Since then, Christelle and her multilingual team have worked with more than a hundred businesses from around the world and have developed a track record of generating multi-million Euros revenue for their customers. The Exportia team has also delivered tailored Trade Missions to Europe to government agencies from around the world.

Christelle Damiens
Managing Director
Is the founder of Exportia. She is an author, speaker and the director of Exportia. She has 25 years experience in business development in Europe. Christelle has successfully launched products in Europe, sold technology to major European multinationals, established distribution networks and built sales teams Europe-wide. As a speaker she has delivered workshops, keynotes and masterclasses to more than 250 Small and Medium Sized Businesses. She is a-third-time author. Her second book, “The 4 Steps to Generate your First Million Euros in Sales”, won the 2020 Best Australian Business Book Award in the Sales and Communications category. Her third book “Is it time to start exporting to Europe? Lessons learnt from exporters globally” was published in March 2024.

Born in Berlin, Isabell has been living in France and Italy, Isabell has a passion for languages and international business. At Exportia, Isabell excels in opening new markets by converting leads into sales. She has been successful in setting-up and managing distribution channels. She loves to take projects to completion and to obtain success for Exportia customers. She also brings her professionalism to Key Account projects. Isabell holds a masters degree in International Business & Logistics. She is a German native speaker, fluent in English, French and Italian.

Born in Paris, Thomas has spent half his life abroad, mostly in Switzerland, Russia and Germany. He has developed a keen interest in cultural exchanges, international business and languages. Thomas is a fierce lead generator. At Exportia, he excels in developing new business in Europe for our customers and works successfully with European distributors. Thomas holds a master’s degree, Human sciences, specialization in Finances and Research. He is a French native speaker, fluent in German, English and Russian.

Carmen has more than 15 years experience in international sales. She is passionate about business development and has successfully managed 100+ corporate accounts. At Exportia, Carmen manages the Lead Generation team. She obtained outstanding results for Exportia customers in her delivery of European Lead Generation campaigns. She is a fast learner and creative in finding solutions to enable Exportia customers to succeed in Europe.

Leo is in charge of digital marketing and geek at Exportia. He builds and implements Exportia’s marketing strategy to drive awareness for Exportia’s services. He supports Christelle in managing strategic relationships and partnerships as well as speaking engagements.
